Following in the footsteps of HS Materials Korea and China, the concept is now catching up in India. Opening HSMI marks a milestone in state-of-the-art compounding facilities. With a capacity of 15,000 MT/yr, it will expand to 24,000 MT/yr by 2010 under one roof. The facility is spread over 11 acres with a covered area of 12,000 Sq M and fully owned backup power.

Supplies are made in Carbon Master Batch with accelerator chemicals for making FMB at the customer’s end. There is flexibility to produce compounds either as per the customer's specifications or recipe (formulation). Supplies are delivered in standard packaging on wooden pallets for domestic shipments and in sea-worthy packaging for exports. Compounds are generally in Wigwag Rough Sheets, Endless Strips, or granules (in case of PVC/TPE).
